At the Bunfight and Freshers' Fayre, we asked you what one thing most put you off Christianity. The Lunchtime talks are 20 minute talks exploring the issues that you raised and we lay on an excellent free lunch. You get a big baguette, some cake and drinks. If that wasn't enough, there'll also be live music and a chance to ask the speaker questions afterwards. Everyone is welcome, whatever you believe.

If you're interested in finding a bit more out about Jesus and what the Bible might mean for you, then it'd be great to catch you at the Late Sessions, happening every day at 7.30pm. As well as some live music from acts around the University, there'll be talks looking at what the Bible says about some important issues in the Christian faith. Don't miss our launch night on Monday, with live acoustic sets from a range of acts and chocolate fountains.

If you're an international student and you are interested in any of these questions about Christianity, please come along to one of our international meals. We're holding them in SUSU Café at 6pm and as well as great free meals, music and fun activities from different cultures, there will be a talk on some of the most important parts of the Christian faith. Get one of your friends to take you along and enjoy the talk and the free food!

Alpha

Starting 13th February

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life from a Christian perspective. It consists of a series of seven talks looking at topics such as the life and death of Jesus and what the Bible is and who wrote it.

We meet weekly to eat together, and each talk is followed by a relaxed discussion in small groups.
